Ordering Processing

Like any ecommerce site, ordering with us is quite easy. All you have to do is select the goods, add them to the shopping cart for checkout. At the checkout point, you may insert special order requests, as much as possible we try to adhere to it. Following which, payment will be done via Paypal. As soon as, the payment is done, an Order Processing receipt will issued indicated that order is being processed. As soon as order is ready to be dispatched, a formal invoice will be email. Download the invoice,as a proof of purchase, bring it to the store or if you have chosen local delivery then show it to the deliver personnel at the point of exchange.

Price Match Policies

We welcome any price match policies, however, proof must be shown. Our service agent will only attend price matches via emails or personal messages on facebook. If otherwise, under anti-competitive laws, the customer may face excusion on our Facebook page and forums. We reserved the right to turn down any request that may be deemed below our cost.

Deliver Policies

Local Pickup: Local Pickup can be pick-up from our retail store at High Street Centre #01-1K. Orders for same day pick up must be placed before 1pm so as too to give ample time from our logistics team to coordinate your order. Orders place after 1pm will be available for following day Pick-up.

Local Delivery: We would deliver to you within 2 working days. Depending on certain locations like Jurong, City, Central, AMK, Hougang, Kallang we would be able to deliver on the following day. For outskirts, we would take 2 days. Our customer service agents will advise you on the delivery timing to ensure a win-win situation for everyone.

Malaysia Delivery: As soon as the malysia delivery option is selected and payment is made. Our service agenets will pick up you.

Refund/Return Policy

All good sold are non-refundable and non-returnable. However, if it goods fail to adhere to description sale description or deliver otherwise, an exchange would be gladly done. Nevertheless, by case-case basis we would still try to assist you, due to fact we customer satisfaction.
